ITALIAN WINE BISCUITS 
5 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
1 c. red wine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, divided

Sift dry ingredients. Make a well; add oil, wine, sugar and 1 egg. Mix well. Cut small amounts of dough. Roll into rings. Brush tops with remaining beaten egg. Bake in 350 degree oven, about 25 minutes or until tops are lightly brown.
