ITALIAN WINE BISCUITS 
4 1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. red wine
1 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or use a food processor. Roll small amount of dough between hands to form strip; shape like a donut. Dip tops in sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Yields: 3 to 4 dozen.
