2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1 env. onion soup mix
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. ketchup

Mix meat, soup mix, milk, and egg. Press mixture firmly in loaf pan. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Mix ketchup and brown sugar together. Spread over meat loaf. Bake 15 minutes longer.
