CAULIFLOWER RELISH 
2 c. sliced raw cauliflower
3/4 c. sliced salad olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onion
8 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain olives and rinse well. They are salty. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Mix thoroughly several times to marinate well. Double recipe for more servings.
