CARROT - CELERY CASSEROLE 
3 c. carrots, diagonally sliced
2 c. celery, diagonally sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine carrots and celery in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes or until tender.
