CAROLINA WILD BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. steak sauce
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 tbsp. dark molasses
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients into a medium size bowl. Whisk until sauce is well blended. Store in a 1 quart covered jar in refrigerator for up to 6 days. Use with beef, chicken, pork or game. Yield 3 cups.

This has a couple ingredients I would never think of for BBQ - therefore - I HAVE to try it. Going to reduce amounts and use in Crock-Pot with country style ribs. HAS TO BE DELICIOUS... Thank you for posting... PLEASE post any other recipes you might have!
