SOUTH CAROLINA MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 c. cider vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to melt sugar. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce.
