SOUTH CAROLINA SAUCE 
2/3 c. yellow prepared mustard
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4-5 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. May be used as a basting sauce for barbecue meat or as a condiment when served grilled pork, bee for chicken.
