2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 50 minutes.
