GRANDMAS' MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Sliced Swiss and Mozzarella cheese
Bread crumbs

In saucepan combine 1 cup shredded sharp cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard and 1 cup milk. Stir while cooking until cheese has melted. Place aside.

In large casserole dish make 1 (1 inch) layer of cooked and drained macaroni on top of that pour 1/2 of the cheese sauce over evenly, then a layer of sharp cheese (grated) a layer of Swiss cheese, then a layer of Mozzarella.

Repeat starting with macaroni. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 320 degree oven for 40 minutes. 1/2 way through remove lid to harden crunchies.
