GRANDMA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. garlic
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 med. bell pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 (12 oz.) bag egg noodles

Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper together. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper, and garlic to ground beef. Bring to boil. In 13 x 9 inch baking pan, put egg noodles first, then add meat mixture, then noodles. Top this with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
