HEALTH SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can Leseuer peas (very young sm. early peas), drained
1 (13 oz.) can French-cut style green beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can white shoepeg corn (whole kernel), drained
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos (already chopped in jar), drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper

Drain all the vegetables and mix together.

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Wesson (or similar) oil
1/2 c. white vinegar

Stir sugar, pepper and salt together; add oil, then vinegar, and bring to full boil. Pour over the vegetable mixture while the second mixture is still hot. Let sit overnight in refrigerator (or several hours). Makes about 6 cups.
