BAKED STUFFED CLAMS 
3 c. minced clams
1 box (16 oz.) stacked Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 med. size onion chopped
Dash of oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika

Crush crackers very fine. Add clams and clam juice. Cook onions in melted butter and add to mixture. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Fill clam shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
