BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. crushed parsley
Dash of garlic powder
1 lb. scallops

Make a thick paste with above. Crackers should be crumbly (not mushy). Cover fish with paste and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until fish is opaque. No need to turn fish over.
