EVELYN'S SCALLOP BAKE | |
1 1/2 lbs. sea scallops 1/4 c. cooking sherry (opt.) 1-2 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. cream of shrimp soup Mix soup and sherry well. Pour over scallops in casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Blend crumbs and melted butter. Spread over the top and bake 10 minutes more. |
