BAKED SEAFOOD 
2-4 lb. prawns or scallops
1/2-1 lemon for lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
12-15 Ritz crackers

For 2 pounds of fish, squeeze juice of lemon and let fish marinate for 20 minutes. Drain.

Mix together mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over fish. Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
