CURRIED SEAFOOD BAKE 
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Chinese curry powder
1 chicken bouillon cube
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. imitation crab, cut in pieces
1 lb. cooked, frozen or fresh shrimp
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Cook onion, curry and bouillon cube in 4 tablespoons butter until onion is tender. Stir in flour and onion salt. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Stir in macaroni and seafood. Turn into a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix crushed Ritz crackers and 1 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle around edge. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
