BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD (CASSEROLE) | |
1 lb. shrimp, cooked & deveined 1/2 lb. regular crab meat Some scallops, cut into sm. pieces or lobster tails may be added Saute: 1/3 c. finely chopped bell pepper 1/3 c. finely chopped onion Add: 1/2 c. white sauce (thick as mayonnaise) 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together, lightly, do not over mix. Spread in buttered dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until slightly bubbles. Remove from oven and cover with 2 cups crushed potato chips blended with 1 teaspoon paprika. Pour over and dot with butter. Put back in oven for 10 more minutes until brown. Can use sea legs. |
