BROWN SUGAR FUDGE 
2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
2 tbsp. butter

Boil sugar and sweet milk slowly until it forms a soft ball when tested in cold water. Stir constantly to prevent curdling. Remove from heat and add vanilla, chopped nuts and butter. Beat until creamy and pour into a greased pan. Cut into squares when firm.
