ICE CREAM RAINBOW SNOWBALL CAKE 
1 qt. strawberry ice cream
1 qt. orange sherbet
1 qt. lime sherbet
3 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla, with cream

Chill a 10 inch tube pan with removeable bottom. Make small balls of the ice cream and sherbet. Chill in freezer until firm. Soften vanilla ice cream, whip until like fluffy whipped cream. Drop layers of colored balls into pan. Add vanilla ice cream to fill space. Repeat until full. Freeze several hours. Makes 16 servings or more.
