LEMON-ORANGE RAINBOW CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello, orange
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. orange juice or cold water

Prepare cake as directed on package. Bake in 13x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes then prick with fork at 1/2 inch intervals.

Meanwhile dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and pour carefully over warm cake. Chill at least 2 hours.
