HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 can sliced ripe olives
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all but last 2 ingredients. Place in buttered casserole, top with cheese and then sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
