1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jello
3/4 c. apricot nector
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Add others in order listed nector, eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each ingredients. Pour in well greased tube pan, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and stick with ice pick multiple times. Glaze: 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar mixed with juice of two lemons.
