APRICOT CAKE 
1 (22 oz.) can apricot pie filling
1 pkg. 1 layer size white cake mix
1/3 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream

Spread pie filling in bottom of 9"x9"x2" baking dish. Combine cake mix, water and egg. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer. Pour over pie filling; sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
