HASH BROWNS | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 c. diced onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. sour cream 1 stick butter, melted 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 c. chips, crumbled Thaw hash browns for 1/2 hour. Mix all ingredients together and place in an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
