HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
1 c. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 c. diced onion
Salt and pepper
2 c. corn flakes

Mix potatoes, cheese, onion, chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into a 13x9 pan. Sprinkle corn flakes over top and drizzle melted butter over flakes. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour.
