HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 (1 1/2) boxes frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn flakes

Let hash browns thaw with cheese on top. Add other ingredients except 1/4 cup of butter and mix. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with corn flakes on top and add rest of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
