MUSHROOM FRIED RICE 
Your family is sure to enjoy this recipe =)

1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
1/2 to 1 pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg

Grease pan and add egg... beat the egg very quickly. Immediately add all vegetables and start mixing with the egg over medium heat. Blend the vegetables with the egg for only a few minutes.

Add cooked rice and soy sauce and stir for up to 5 minutes until all the rice is brown and there are no rice bumps.

Enjoy with hot sauce, a salad or any other favorite side dishes.
