YOGURT - BROILED CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1 green onion, chopped 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 lg. skinless, boneless chicken breasts (halves) In a large bowl, combine yogurt, green onion, salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add chicken breast halves. Toss to mix well. Let stand 15 minutes. Preheat broiler. Place broiler rack at closest position to the heat. Place chicken on broiler pan. Broil 4 minutes; turn, brush with yogurt mixture and broil 5 to 6 minutes more until browned lightly and fork tender. |
