HOT DIP 
Serve hot on rye crackers or Ritz crackers or you can use it as a dip for chips.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 oz. jar sliced fried beef, finely snipped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Blend cream cheese and milk. Add beef, onion and green pepper; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Put in pie plate. Add walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
