MEXICAN DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 lb. hamburger, fried
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 bottle taco sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Layer first five ingredients in casserole dish. Top with cheeses and melt in oven. Then top with sour cream, if desired. Dip with Tostados.
