SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN BREAST
(STIR-FRY)
 
8 oz. chunky pineapple - reserve liquid
3 chicken breasts (boneless), diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. cut green beans
3/4 c. sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp. oil

Combine diced chicken, drained pineapple and oil in preheated pan, medium-high for 5 minutes; add 1/4 cup reserved pineapple liquid, pepper and cut beans. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, add 3/4 cup sweet and sour sauce - stir and heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
