CREME AU CHOCOLATE 
3/4 c. milk, heated just to boiling point
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bitsegg
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients but milk in blender. Blend a few seconds; add hot milk very slowly. Blend at low speed 1 minute. Pour into small dishes and chill several hours. Very rich. Serves 4 to 6.
