CHOCOLATE POTS DE CREME 
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. heavy cream
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. creme de cacao

Melt chocolate with cream. Bring to a full boil. Stir egg yolks just to mix. Add slowly in a steady stream to the hot chocolate mixture. Do Not Beat. When blended together add the creme de cacao. Pour mixture into small custard cups and refrigerate until well chilled and firm. Makes 4 Heavenly servings!
