KAYE'S LAYERED SALAD 
1 head crisp lettuce
1 pkg. frozen English peas
4-6 green onions with tops, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 c. water chestnuts
1 lb. Rat cheese, diced
1 bottle Ranch dressing
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Mix salt, pepper and sugar together. Layer lettuce, peas, onions, peppers, and water chestnuts; then dressing, then salt, pepper and sugar mixture. Sprinkle on top. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
