BARBECUE RIBS 
5 lbs. ribs
1 med. onion
1 (18 oz.) Open Pit (hickory smoked) barbecue sauce
1 bottle water (fill 18 oz. Open Pit bottle with water)
1 c. honey

Lay ribs in single layer in baking dish or pan. Slice onion over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Pour off liquid. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs, then water, then honey. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 to 1/2 hours.
