18 chicken wings Red Hot Sauce Butter Bleu Cheese dressing Celery julienned Pam or spray oil Cut and clean the wings, separating the wing from the drumstick. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Arrange the chicken wings on the cookie sheet in one layer. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove wings from oven and turn wings. Return to oven for approximately 15 minutes. Continue baking until the wings are crispy. Melt 1/2 cup butter and add 1/2 cup (or to taste) of the Red Hot Sauce. When wings are done remove form oven and arrange in a serving dish (casserole type). Pour the sauce mixture over the wings. Serve with celery and bleu cheese for dipping. |
