HAMBURGER SCRAMBLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 head chopped cabbage

Saute onions with beef. Drain. (Add a little bit of water if beef becomes too dry.) Add cabbage, mushrooms and cook until cabbage is tender. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and 1 cup tomato juice or sauce. If the tomato juice or sauce is added with cabbage, it will cook down.
