LO-CAL HAMBURGER CHOWDER 
1 lb. lean ground round, browned
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 qt. cooked tomatoes
2 qt. water
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, grated
1 sm. head cabbage, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Lawry's seasoning salt to taste

Mix and simmer 1 hour. If you use ground turkey instead of beef there is about 100 calories in a serving.
