BEEF CHOWDER 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped pepper
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
2 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Cook beef, celery, onion and pepper until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered 30 minutes. Before serving, salt to taste. Can be frozen.
