BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) ctn. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can waterchestnuts, sliced, optional
1/4 stick butter
2 c. Rice Krispies (or 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs)

Cook broccoli and lima beans as directed on packages. In a casserole dish, combine vegetables with next four ingredients. Top with butter and crushed Rice Krispies. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Note: Can be made the night before and baked the next day.
