BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli as directed and drain, add remaining ingredients leaving cornmeal as the last to combine. Place in a large baking dish or pan and in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until mixture is golden brown and has set.
