CHICKEN ELEGANCE 
8 pieces chicken, boned (4 breasts)
16 slices of dried chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. bacon, fried & crumbled

Take 2 slices of dried chipped beef and wrap around each piece of chicken (chicken will end up looking like a cabbage roll). Mix mushroom soup (undiluted) with 1 cup of sour cream. Pour this mixture over chicken rolls. Garnish with silvered almonds and bacon bits. Bake in a covered dish for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
