MOST ELEGANT CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sauterne or white wine
1 tbsp. paprika
4 to 6 slices thin ham
1 tsp. savory
Celery leaves
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. or 1/2 pt. sour cream

Wipe off chicken breast with damp paper towel. Combine flour, salt, and paprika in bag. Shake chicken in bag. Brown lightly in butter. Place ham in bottom of casserole dish. Place a little of savory and celery leaves on each ham slice. Cover with chicken. Put mushrooms on top of chicken. Pour wine into skillet chicken was browned in. Stir well. Add remainder of flour to sour cream; stir. Add sour cream to wine mixture and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
