BLACK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESE
CAKE
 
CRUST:

4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped almonds
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Melt chocolate and butter. Mix crust ingredients after chopping almonds in food processor or blender. Then place in bottom of greased springform pan. Refrigerate after mixing.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
2 c. sour cream
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chip morsels (melt)

Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Take 1/4 of this batter and add with melted chocolate chip pieces. Place remaining (3/4 of batter) in crust springform pan. Drop chocolate through batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Refrigerate after cooling. Enjoy!
