CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup, 10 3/4 oz.
1 can Tender Chunk ham, turkey or chicken, flaked with fork
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender, drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to the soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4-6.
