RAW VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. bacon, fried, crisp and crumbled
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 bunches broccoli or 1 bunch broccoli & 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 red onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

Combine first four ingredients in large bowl. Mix next three ingredients together and pour over vegetable mixture. Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving.
