CHOCOLATE SILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
2 tbsp. finely chopped pecans

Beat butter until smooth and creamy. Beat in sugar gradually until fluffy. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each. Spread pie filling in shell. Chill 2 hours. Spread whipped cream on filling. Sprinkle pecans on top. Serves 6-8.
