FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
8" baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 oz. chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

In small mixer bowl combine sugar, butter, chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at medium speed for 3-5 minutes after each. Pour into baked pastry. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.

Note: This is a very rich pie - cut into small portions.
