FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 eggs, room temperature
2 oz. melted chocolate (use 2 pkg. of choco bake)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, it must be butter, butter will not work
One baked & cooled pie shell

In the large mixing bowl combine 1 stick butter and 3/4 cup sugar; cream with electric mixer until light, white and fluffy. Add 1 egg and mix for 5 minutes, time exactly. Add second egg and mix for 5 minutes, time exactly. Add melted chocolate or choco bake and vanilla. Mix until evenly distributed. Use rubber scrapper to pour into the cooled bake pie shell. Cool at least 2 hours before eating. May be topped with whipped cream.
